HERE'S HOW ITS DONE
My process is simple. From design to live I strive to have a finished, polished project.My big thing is Progressive Enhancement, which essentially means developing for older legacy browsers, but adding enhancements for browsers that support newer features. Need proof?
If you are viewing this page on Firefox then you will see rounded corners, shadowed headline text, and transparency among many of the backgrounds. Also, the links below reside in a box that has an inner shadow for kicks.
However, looking at this page on a browser like Internet Explorer, the page still looks fine and is completely usable but lacks some of the visual features. That is progressive enhancement.
Web 2.0 came in and began making the web gorgeous. I happily embrace it!
